I have just upgraded my operating system on my BlackBerry Bold.
I upgraded from version 4.6.0.126(292) to 4.6.0.216(365)
Daunting as it may sound, the process was pretty straight forward.

Upgrade
————————————-
Although the upgrade process automatically backs-up your data and restores it once complete, I would recommend backing-up your data before you begin the upgrade.
A complete back-up can be done with your newly downloaded BlackBerry Desktop Software.
Action:
- Run the Handheld Software executable file
- Follow the on screen instruction
- Upgrading takes a while to do. It varies depending on your data connection speed.
(it took me just over an hour)
